At Gifterium Town, we take pride in offering handmade, one-of-a-kind art and craft items. Because of the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair refund and return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our craftsmanship.
1. Returns
We currently offer returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
✅ To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with screenshots and video recording of receiving of product and opening.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Photo or video evidence must be provided for damage or wrong item claims
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale or part of clearance collections
2. Refunds
If your return request is approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A store credit for future purchases
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Email us at support@gifteriumtown.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit based on your preference and stock availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@gifteriumtown.com.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different product, you may return the eligible item (as per above rules) and place a new order.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@gifteriumtown.com with the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for return or refund
- Photos (in case of damage or defect)
- Your contact information
Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
